Bridge tension system:
At the exit of bridge, the tension transducer real-time detects the tension value of the corrugated cardboard and transmits it to the tension controller. The tension controller outputs the control signal to the tension brake unit according to the difference between the set value and the detected value, so that the corrugated board has stable tension.

DTC-11 digital tension controller uses the latest digital technology, could receive all kinds of signal, such as tension transducer signal, dancer roller signal, roller diameter position signal, ect. The input signal will be processed and transferred by a progressive PID to actuate different devices, including AC/DC Motors, pneumatic brake/clutch, powder brake/clutch, in order to regulate web tension.
Tension transducers：
RB series are Wheatstone full bridge foil gauge transducer. They are suitable for paper, film, foil, wires Etc. RB transducer features high measure accuracy, good linear, high repeat accuracy, almost no hysteresis, high overload ratio. They would be widely used for various of product process. They have standard flange mount style and pillow mount style. RB transducer could work together with Techmach all kinds of amplifiers , indicators and tension controllers.
