Web Guiding System
Techmach web guiding system consists of controller, sensor, actuator and guide mechanism. Those four parts compose a close loop control system. Web guiding sensor detects the position of web edge, finds deviation amount between actual position and set position, converts deviation amount to proportional voltage signal and sends the voltage signal to controller. After amplification and calibration, controller transfer signal to actuator. According to the signal, guide mechanism makes correction action guiding material to the preset position.

Techmach laser thickness measurement system is mainly composed of upper computer and control unit, thickness measuring unit and detector moving mechanism. When the thickness is measured, the upper and lower laser displacement sensors shoot at each other and measure the position of the upper surface and the position of the lower surface respectively, calculated to be measured body thickness.
